GENERAL - Fruit pulp is defined as a non-fermented, non-alcoholic, non-concentrated, non-diluted product obtained from pulpy fruits, fresh, healthy and ripe fruits, through a suitable technological process, and following the Good Manufacturing Practices. Mixed Pulp of acerola and carrot. Origin: Made in Brazil.
Pasteurized product. Registration of the product in MAPA n° PR-000197-0.000005.
CERTIFICATIONS - Kosher, Halal, and Vegan
INGREDIENTS - Cajá pulp (100%).. GLUTEN FREE.
PURPOSE OF USE . Preparation of juices, dairy drinks, jellies, sweets, edible ice cream etc.
JUICE PREPARATION - For 100 g of pulp, add 200 ml of water. Blend in a blender. Serving suggestion: sweeten to taste.
BEST BEFORE - 24 months after the date of manufacture, if kept frozen at the recommended temperature (below -18°C).
